Policy for Exchanges and Returns

If you are not satisfied, you can exchange or return your goods within a period of 60 days from the date of purchase.

It is suggested to keep your invoice to validate any change or return at the store.

Conditions of goods for exchanges and returns

The goods must be suitable for sale in their original packaging without any signs of usage, consumption, damage or incorrect handling. No returns or exchanges are accepted for underwear, lingerie and swimwear, headphones or earrings.

Customs allowances

Product bought at Duty Free Stores already packaged in Security Bags with the corresponding voucher of the purchase for the date of the flight does not guarantee the acceptance of the entry to the destiny country we recommend to check Customs´ limits and restrictions of it previously.
